You continuously refreshing in Chrome won't affect views (which are probably session and IP based, not hit based). Don't try to artificially increase views, anyway. Your revenues are based on reading time. And increased reading time doesn't even necessarily translate to more revenue, as it is a percentage of the individual member's reading time for the month.
