Yep. :) But the reason I added it was because of a site that was (stupidly) scraping content from Medium wholesale. While they could have been clever enough to strip metadata (e.g., author name) from the text, it's a bit harder (NOT impossible!) to automate stripping specific text blurbs (you can make it harder by changing up the verbiage and NOT making it boilerplate).

This is by NO MEANS any sort of a "disclaimer" regarding Medium's Terms of Service - that would not work, as I explained in the article itself. Totally unrelated! :)
