Will there be a corresponding penalty for tagging all your followers at the bottom of the article?

Will there be a corresponding penalty for tagging all your followers at the bottom of the article? Please tell me there will be a corresponding penalty for tagging us all (in a MEANINGLESS way - I don't mind, if someone wants to link to me and send readers my way, but this thirsty tagging, in your brave new world, has to stop or be disincentivized. Please.)
