Well, now I feel there ought to be one!
I am also on a campaign to rename the Oxford Comma to the Chicago Comma. We are, after all, in the U.S., and CMS has as much claim to the thing as does Oxford University Press.
I have said that the serial comma is the "Little Black Dress" of punctuation; it is always appropriate to use it, but only occasionally is it acceptable (or logical) to omit it.
