Wasting the police force's time may have meant delaying help to the victim of a violent crime. Not so funny, viewed in that light, I hope. They should be sued for the wages of everyone who had to respond to and investigate their little stunt, and be banned from all Target stores, nationwide, until that debt is paid. They want to be YouTube stars? Have them apologize and do a PSA on why such stunts are a BAD idea, then pay to promote it on YouTube until it has a million views.
