I know that ICHI.PRO is still out there, but they were finally smart enough to put in a filter that blocked my work from getting scraped so I'd stop bugging them with DMCA take-down notices. Others don't bother, and Medium apparently hasn't asserted a compilation copyright claim, so they still scrape, scrape, scrape...
