ROFL!!

Believe it or not, I grew up in Ohio, learned to drive in Florida, my experiences with black ice were in Oklahoma, and now I live in Texas.

For the three days a year our roads are that bad, I figured it was just better to call in sick if it didn't feel safe to go to work! (That said, if it's that bad, the whole of Houston shuts down, anyway!)
