Perhaps he was traumatized by people who didn't accept him (you don't say anything about the circumstances of his birth, and whether he was ostracized or mistreated, as an orphan, by other children or adults). But even if that were true, the only cure for that would be to have good and positive experiences with Black people, so that he could see that people are individuals, not some monolithic entity engaging in group-think and uniform in actions. Works both ways. Children aren't born with fear or hate in their hearts; they learn it. I feel for Alexandre and hope he's had opportunities to heal and grow.
