My main concern was section 2. I have no interest in entering into a "partnership" agreement with them.

That said, when I told them I had issues with that, they were responsive and asked for feedback. I'd want a lawyer to read the contract very carefully before I entered into it.

Good luck with it - and it's nice that the early content creators will at least get their $1000 (later joiners will likely never see that as they will get saturated and will not have the following or the views).
