Joe, for her, it was no different than you or I being horrified at finding someone in their kitchen eating "dead humans." Beware saying "Very defensive in nature - tends to make others wrong for not being like her," when it comes to deeply held moral convictions. I'm an omnivore, personally, but I have Vegans in the family and I love and respect them and their beliefs. (They don't give me a hard time for mine; they just hope that eventually I'll come around. ;) But there are moral lines in the sand that I won't cross, either, so I have some compassion for this woman. I simply hold her responsible for breach of contract and not making her stance clear before renting out her property.)
