I would, but I don't think it works that way. I asked a dying woman to look up my mom, to "haunt" me if either of them could, to get a message through.

Oddly enough, when a loved one dies, I usually have one dream that features them in some way. Never a nightmare, more like closure. Never anything particularly communicative, though, either. I think the ONE TIME is an indicator - that it's not the wishful thinking of a sleeping brain. With my mom, there were two dreams - the only exception ever. And after the second one, we had no unresolved business. So maybe. But I just don't know.

I met a spiritualist, years ago, after my mom died. No word from her, but he said some things about my grandmother that made me laugh - SO HER, no one who didn't know her would just guess at the things he said. Still, nothing from or about my mom. And I think there would be if there could.
