I usually keep it the same, but if you think back to the discussion we were having the other day, with Tree Langdon ♾️, about titles, you might want to add more clarity to the SEO Title — more common keywords, for example. Again, not “click-baity,” but maybe less “precious.” This kind of gives you two title options, but don’t confuse the reader by making them so completely different that they think they clicked the wrong link.

On my blog, for example, the SEO title is the post title | blog name. Or vice versa — I’d have to look. But when shared, you see both. You might want to put | YourName in there (in fact, that might solve the “no byline” issue in Facebook shares of Medium stories. I don’t know. I usually don’t change it, but it might be worth experimenting with that.
