I often suffer from disappoement and disstoryfaction. At first, though, I thought "disappoement" referred to the feeling I get when I set out to write a horror story and end up with something more darkly psychological than actual "horror" fiction. Then again, I prefer "darkly psychological" to blood and gore, and didn't Poe, too, write more of that?
