I don't see how it is! I mean, my followers rarely read anything I post there (with good reason - I so rarely posted there while I was a corporate employee, and so many of my connections are, well, related to decades of that, and read my writing elsewhere!)

Even so, ANYTHING I post there gets at least 7 views. 0 does seem a statistical impossibility.

As for the deplatforming of Medium stories on Facebook - I don't think that's related to racism (I could be wrong, but we've ALL noticed it and I've gotten the "community standards" notice on the most non-controversial posts). I suspect they are trying to combat some automated posting/spam, and going about that in an awkward, horribly flawed, and sort of random way.

NONE OF WHICH IS TO SAY THAT THEY'RE NOT FLAMING RACISTS over there. I just think this one's got more to do with tuning the autobots badly.

I think I'm going to write a satirical piece on this - really, reading some slightly more ludicrous takes over the past few days inspired me - yours concerns me in a more serious way. But moreso with the LinkedIn observations. As for Medium, itself, I don't think a site that runs Zora and helped amplify Ta-Nehisi Coates 5+ years ago has suddenly decided to suppress anti-racist voices. But I think there's an effort outside of Medium to suppress anything published ON Medium (I'd say when it comes to Faceberg, it's just jealousy), and that has the same effect.
