How about we don’t?

How about we submit them to paying markets, first? Let Medium have what’s rejected elsewhere — for free — after mustering the courage, putting in the effort, exercising the patience, to submit work to real publications that won’t live is enough to take our hastily written, poorly edited dreck? I’m not saying that what we post here is nothing but that, but there’s enough of that here to be judged guilty by association. There’s nothing to STOP us posting the precocious cat’s poetry, as it walks gingerly across the keys, flicking it’s tail disdainfully in our face.
