Good tips, overall. ;)

Hydration, hydration, hydration - the easiest, yet the one most people skip or even actively resist. I don't understand it. Also, avoiding fat. Our brains need good fat.

My favorite breakfast: milk, all bran buds (ground to a fine flour), and a frozen banana and a handful of berries.
