AI is coded by real human beings. And real human beings who spend their time trolling people obviously have time to create new accounts if they get banned. They don't care about the platform. Their motives are different, disruptive.

Remember "article spinners"? We have comment spinners. They're like the old "Mad Libs." And you can always spot the newbs who got theirs with their holiday gift money or end of year bonus, because for a month or so, their comments read something like, "Great | Wonderful | Provocative article. I can't believe someone as talented | idiotic | right-wing | left-leaning | geriatric | childish as you wrote | crafted | thought | realized it." Eventually, they figure out how not to spew out all the variable values at once...
